Minimal Makeup Routine

If you’re looking for a simple makeup routine with minimal products and good coverage, this is it right here. Caking layers upon layers of makeup everyday isn’t great for your skin. Keep your makeup routine simple with these products and give your skin a break from all that cake (haha, did that even make sense? You get what I mean.)

Nars Velvet Matte Skin Tint – I love this stuff, and there’s a blog post on my review on it. This is great because it’s a tinted moisturizer with SPF 30. A little goes a long way and there is no need to set it with additional powders.

Salon Perfect Brow Pomade – Eyebrows makes a huge different in how you look. You’d be surprised how groomed and put together you look just by defining and adding shape to your brows. If you’re like me and do not have the best brows, don’t forget this step!

Better Than Sex Mascara – I have ditched my daily fake lashes and opted to just good old mascara. Mascara will give your eyes added flutter and definition.

Wet ‘n’ Wild – Dulce de Leche – This is totally optional, but to give a little more color to your face add a little bronzer. This will give you that healthy, bronzed glow.

What are your must have products?

Girl you do! They are worth the price tag.

Yes I love minimal makeup days! I do basically the same thing as you – med coverage foundation, with a little bit of powder depending on the foundation I use, feather on some bronzer and whip on a tinted brow gel and mascara and I’m good to go!

It’s the first and only brow pomade I’ve used. It’s a little on the dry side, but I really like it. It’s better than pencil in my opinion. What are your favorite brow products?
